Mr. Gates advises United States clients in connection with domestic and international investments in real estate assets and ventures, and advises offshore clients in connection with inward investment in US real estate.

  • Outward investment projects include advisory roles in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate in Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Democratic Republic of Congo, England, Finland, India, Ireland, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, and The Netherlands.
